I have a deep connection to the past, hence my art history/anthropology degree. From this association I did a collection of the chalk drawings. The images came from ancient goddess figures. These drawings are the only two I have left; I gave the others away as Yule gifts.
I am always looking for ways to decorate my home in an affordable manner. I saw a cabinet at World Market that I wanted, it was $200 and way out of my price range. I got this ugly cabinet at a second hand store and painted it myself. It cost about $15.

Morgainne is an important figure in British mythology. She was known for her healing abilities and was thought to have lived on the famed isle of Avalon. Her true origins are lost to us, but in modern tales, she is best known as King Arthur’s sister.
